What the RAF say:

Catering in the RAF is both diverse and challenging. Chefs pride themselves on their ability to deliver the goods to the highest possible standard, regardless of the circumstances – from preparing and serving food for royal banquets to catering for front-line troops. This course provides you with all the tools you need to deal with these situations and is considered by many as second to none.

What do the apprentices think?

“I found my apprenticeship to be challenging, really enjoyable and above all worthwhile. I received fantastic support from my line managers and colleagues at RAF Benson – their help has really encouraged me to continue with my further education. I would definitely suggest this scheme to others.” Daniel McKnight, RAF Benson.
