What the RAF say:
Upon successful completion of the course, students are promoted to leading aircraftman and assigned to their first Human Resources Section at an RAF Main Operating Base. They deal with tasks as important as: personnel pay, allowances, pre-deployment documentation, promotion, assignments and management of annual appraisal reports.
