Self-reliant and strong leaders, RAF Police Officers are responsible for commanding and managing teams of RAF Police in the UK and overseas.
They advise RAF commanders on threats like terrorism, espionage and crime, and recommend and implement counter measures to protect personnel and other critical assets.
Working closely with civilian police, RAF Police Officers also get the chance to work at the RAF Special Investigations Branch (specializing in criminal investigations) or to be employed in counter-intelligence duties – helping protect the security of the nation.
