The RAF carries out missions all over the world, in a variety of challenging and sometimes inhospitable environments. As a member of our team, you must be capable of performing at your best, even if you’re tired – the fitter you are the easier it will be to do your job.
Recruit training will push your body to the limit, so the fitter you are when you arrive, the easier it will be. To help you get and stay fit, we’ve put together a variety of exercise programmes to build your aerobic ability, strength and stamina.
