RAF Brampton Station Badge
RAF Brampton Station Badge
Heraldic description: On a grassy compartment a burst of oak trees fructed surmounted by a bald-headed eagle's head erased in the beak a torch enflamed bendwise.
Motto: Pride in Service
Approved: Elizabeth II April 1959
Reason for design: A burst of trees indicates the stations proximity to Brampton Park. The eagle's head symbolises the location of Headquarters Technical Training Command at Brampton and the long association of the United States Air Force with the station. The torch represents the general reconnaissance and intellligence functions of the units of this station.
