Flying Club

3 grobs

The RAF Cranwell Flying Club operates a fleet of 3 aircraft, 2 Grob 115s and a Grumman AA5, from the South Airfield at RAF Cranwell. We are open to both Service and civilian members and offer facilities for aircraft hire and training towards a variety of licences and ratings. There are also occasional opportunities to undertake formation and aerobatic training flights. Learning to fly is fun, challenging, rewarding and satisfying. It is excellent for personal development as it instills a high level of self-confidence. You also make a lot of new friends who share your enthusiasm for aviation. Anyone can learn at any age. You will be most welcome.
