Cranwell Open Day 2009
RAF Cranwell Flying Club Fly-In & Families Day - Sunday 2nd Aug 2009
The RAF Cranwell Flying Club held an Open Day and Fly-in on Sunday the 2nd August 2009. The day featured displays of various aircraft types, static displays of visiting aircraft, food, and a friendly atmosphere. The day was very successful will many visiting clubs and aircraft from all over the UK.

Trial Flying Lessons & Aerobatics Flights
Trial Flying Lessons was available through out the day in the club's Grob 115-A aircraft. Each lesson was 30 mins in duration. £50 for the Grob 115 and £70 for the Firefly. Both Charlie and Chris Edmondson, The Club's CFI & DCFI had the opportunity to teach a some formation flying.
