Corporal Rob Sabella, 32, is originally from Rome where he spent his childhood. He got involved with judo in 1988 and made the finals of the South Italian Judo Championships whilst still living in Italy. Since joining the RAF in 2001, he has competed at the Inter-service Championships and the Combined Services. Rob is currently a 2nd Dan and in addition to wanting to win the X-Factor, he hopes to have a full career in the RAF. In addition to judo, Rob also enjoys playing rugby and polishing his six-pack.
