Contact Houses

ACCOMMODATION

The Contact House (19 & 20 Linton Meadows) are 3 bedroom semi-detached houses situated on a SFA street in the village of Linton on Ouse. The houses has been comfortably furnished throughout and has central heating and double glazing. There are small gardens to the front and rear of the property. Bedding and tea towels are available for use in the house, but you will be required to provide your own bath towels.

BOOKING

Bookings are made through the PA to RSWM North SSAFA Forces Help (Mon -Fri 0900 hrs till 1700 hrs) on 95871 Ext 7440 or 01347 847440. Bookings will be on a priority basis. The maximum stay is 7 days, in one period. Family details, a contact address, telephone number and visiting dates will be required for each booking. PRIORITY AND CHARGES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:-

High Priority - Personnel who require immediate accommodation due to marital breakdown or people who normally 'live-in' but who wish to maintain contact with children from a previous marriage.

Low Priority - Personnel occupying SFA who require or wish to occupy temporary alternative accommodation in order to prepare for a 'March In/Out. (Max 3 days hire), or those personnel whose relatives are visiting.

CHARGES

The charges are set to cover rental, electricity & gas, insurance, TV Licence, cleaning materials and laundry. The rates are as follows:-

Low £35

A deposit (cheque) of £20 is required for each booking. This is non refundable if the booking is not honoured or if the house is used inappropriately, please note that you may be liable for all costs if any damage is caused and those responsible will jeopardise their right to future usage.
