The Community Support team exists to provide a first class service to the RAF Lossiemouth Community. The requirements of a 21st Century RAF are many and bring with it many challenges; challenges felt by both families and service personnel alike. This is recognised by our Station Command Group and as a result the team constantly strive to be of assistance. This effort is most noticeable with the provision of a Deployment Support Programme (DSP) that is designed to provide support for all families who can participate, and an all-informed function for those who cannot. Both Formed Units (FUs) and Individual Augmentees (IAs) have access to a programme that is constantly adapting to changing need and is always open to suggestions for improvement. HIVE Ops remain the framework for such provision and continue to provide a sustained and flexible service throughout. The operational tempo is felt by all with supporting operations our primary function.
