In partnership with the Home Alone Group and Norfolk Family Learning a crèche will be provided and lots of activities for all the family to do together.

Meet in the Youth Club
The cost of all activities of 1 or 2 hours will be £3.00
Refreshments will be provided.
The cost for an all day activity will be £5.00
Please bring a packed lunch
There will be no charge for the trip to Castle Acre Priory
For the Family Fun Session there will be no charge

Terms of Reference Parents/Carers
RAF Marham Community Support Squadron in partnership with the Sports Development Unit of West Norfolk Borough Council are delighted to offer to your children the opportunity of taking part in an exciting variety of sports, activities and outings. In order for us to provide an acceptable and safe environment for your child to enjoy this programme please take time to read the following points.
· Please complete and sign a consent form for each child detailing any medical conditions/needs; GP details; emergency contact details and permission to have photographs taken.
· Any child under 12 will need permission to walk home alone.
· Remind your child of the following:
Do not take risks
Follow leader’s instructions
Behave responsibly
Be alert to anything that may hurt or threaten himself or herself or anyone else in the group and report anything that they are concerned about to the leader or supervisor immediately.
· We aim to adhere to National Guidelines for child/adult ratios whereby at least 50% of staff and volunteers will have been CRB cleared.
· Any child whose behaviour may be considered dangerous or potentially injurious to him or herself or the group may be prevented from going on, or remaining on the activity. Parents may be required to collect their child from the activity venue as soon as is practical.
· All booking fees are non-refundable

Within the rules of the Data Protection Act details on your consent form will only be kept for the purpose of these activities, information about you will not be passed to any third party.
