Welcome

To all martial arts practitioners in the RAF and the members of the RAF Martial Arts Association (RAF MAA)! RAF MAA members are all martial arts practitioners, we actively promote martial arts within the Royal Air Force, train together and share knowledge and experience from a range of different martial art forms. We meet monthly at RAF Cranwell to train together and select teams for the annual RAF Martial Arts Championships, the annual Inter-Services Martial Arts Championships and ultimately for Combined Service representation anually. We also organise general training weekends where can practice the breadth of arts as well as sports tours to exciting places like Thailand, where we benefited from a tough training regime delivered by expert instructors and world champions.

Serving RAF personnel are very welcome to come along, from novice to black belts, whatever your art or style. Please join the Association and help us make things better for martial arts in the RAF and you.
