Initial enquiries can be made through the Public Relations and Marketing Office, however all Royal Air Force Bands must be booked through the Engagements Co-ordinator at HQMS who will present any reasonable requests to The Ministry of Defence Royal Air Force Bands Allocation Committee who authorise the allocation and execution of the engagement based on availability and the priorities set out below.
The Ministry of Defence Royal Air Force Bands Allocation Committee can consider requests up to 12 months in advance of your engagement, therefore an early submission is recommended.
