To book yourself onto any of the courses on our online calendar you will need to create an account on the forum. Once you have created an account and are logged in (remember to tick the “Remember my logon. Required to use the Calendar” box), return to the calendar and move your mouse over the course you are interested in attending. If you are logged in you will see a “Sign Up” text at the bottom of the info box (if you don’t see this text you are not logged in). Click this text; it will then change to Deregister. This means you are booked onto the course. You will get an email confirming your attendance almost immediately. If you don’t get this email, please contact the webmaster. You will receive your joining instructions nearer to the start date .
How do I remove myself from a course?
Follow the procedure above and it will give you the option to deregister
But its less than two weeks before the course and I can’t “Deregister”?
Follow the same procedure as above but this time an extra box will appear. In this box please write the reason why you can’t make the course. This will automatically email an admin . (More than one person will be emailed so be aware that more than one person may reply).
How do I contact someone in a Division to ask about that sport?
Go to the contacts page for the Division you wish to contact and email them.
How do I register on the Forum?
Click here to go to the “Register page”, it can also be found on the “Forum Page”.
Why should I register on the Forum?
We use the information in the Forum to contact you if there is a problem with any course/courses you are on. We also use the data to know who is using the site and if there is any way we can improve it.
What happens if the course is full?
All courses have a maximum number of people who can be on them at any time. (You can see this in the text about the course in the Calendar). Once the course reaches the maximum amount of people allowed, any new applicants will be added to a reserve list. If anyone drops of the course then the course is re filled using the reserve list. This is done in a “first come, first served” basis. You will receive an email confirming you have been placed onto the reserve list and if you are moved onto the course.
Were do I get my joining instructions from?
Most Divisions will email their joining instructions at least 2 weeks before the course starts. This is normally done by the organiser of the course.
What if I have forgotten my user name and password?
Please email the Web Master to ask him to reset you username/password.
How do I change my contact information/email address?
Any data you store on our website can be updated and changed by you. Please log into you forum account and go to the user control panel at the top of the page and you will be taken to you user profile. Click the profile link in the options on the left side of the UCP to see all the data you have stored. Once you have changed what you wanted to, click the submit button at the bottom of the screen.
I’m logged into the forum but I can’t access a course on the calendar?
Some times the browser gets confused. Try pressing Ctrl and F5 that will reload the browser and should fix the problem. This problem only seems to affect the MOD version of Internet Explorer.
How do I report an error with the site?
