The Royal Air Force joined the nation in celebrating the 80th Anniversary of VE Day with a flypast this Bank Holiday. While some of our aircraft were entertaining crowds in London, the rest of the RAF was busy protecting the skies.

- We shout out to everyone at Ascension Island Base who provides essential support to British Forces South Atlantic Islands and the Falkland Islands, 4,000 miles from the UK and the Falklands
