Congratulations to Flt Sgt Ian Sheard has been awarded NATO’s ACO Most Outstanding SNCO.
His outstanding performance in his NATO role in the Joint Logistics Support Group Naples Force Protection Cell has been highlighted, in particular his substantial contribution whilst deployed on Operation ALLIED SOLACE, the evacuation of over 800 NATO Affiliated Afghans within the Institutions of KOSOVO, provide a safe and secure environment in BECHTEL and facilitate onward movement to Alliance countries in order to fulfill NATO’s obligations to our Afghan colleagues.
The awards ceremony was held at SHAPE this month conducted by DSACEUR “General Sir Timothy Buchan Radford, KCB, DSO, OBE” and CSEL ACO “Canadian Army Chief Warrant Officer (CWO) Kevin Mathers.
