RAF Benson personnel were on parade across South Oxfordshire on Sunday 10 November, as a part of Remembrance commemorations.
Men and women from the Station paraded at Wallingford, Benson, Watlington and the wider area to pay their respects to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice for their country.
In addition to this, a Puma Helicopter flown by 33 Squadron marked the occasion by flying over 15 towns across the county.
Wing Commander Tierney, Station Commander at RAF Benson, attended the ceremony at Wallingford where 24 personnel paraded as part of a procession along with representatives from veteran and youth organisations.
It is a huge honour to represent RAF Benson for this important act of Remembrance. We should never forget the bravery of those who have given so much for their country and the freedom of others.

Overseeing the preparations for the event and attending at Wallingford was Warrant Officer Robert Warren, RAF Benson Station Warrant Officer.
It is a huge privilege for RAF Benson to represent our serving personnel across the county. I am extremely proud of the professionalism and commitment of our volunteers, many whom will have served on operations around the world in support of their country.
