Personnel (Military, Civilian and Contractor) from across RAF Boulmer gave up part of their weekend to support the local nursery.
Spring Nursery, in Longhoughton required a small upgrade in its main play space and outdoor area. Organised by our Infrastructure Delivery Fight Sergeant, Flight Sergeant Rose, the nursery was given a fresh look ready for staff and children to return as normal after the weekend.
The Spring Nursery manager added: ‘I would like to say a huge thank you from all of us at the nursery for all the hard work the volunteers put in at the weekend. The children love the new colours and the play shop.”
