Drone Flying
Operators flying drones near any military airfield must ensure they are aware of the UK policy for their safe operation. The Drone Code forms part of the Civil Aviation Authority's advice and guidance to drone operators.
Night flying
Night flying takes place periodically throughout the year, usually for periods of up to one week at a time, however this may be extended if required.
Information about flying outside the normal hours is available on our Facebook page , and where scheduling allows, is notified to the local press.
Viewing area
RAF Spadeadam does not have a viewing area on the Station.
