Clear skies for the last morning of No.3AEF/BUAS air experience flights for groups of Royal Air Force Air Cadets from Bodmin, St Blazey & Truro.
AEF Instructors have based here for the summer whilst they've flown Grob Tutor light aircraft with over 300 Cadets from across Cornwall. An agile aircraft with a large canopy giving great visibility, the Grob Tutor is perfect for this type of flying - especially for the aerobatics which prove pretty popular with the Cadets! It's been great to see so many young people benefit from this incredible training platform - plenty of broad smiles when they came back down.
There are numerous Cadet squadrons across the South West offering fantastic opportunities to get involved in all aspects of aviation, meet new people and challenge yourself. Check the Facebook page or website for details on how to join.
Massive thanks to all involved from Bristol University Air Squadron, No. 3 Air Experience Flight, Babcock, and Cornwall Airport Newquay.
