Tactical Communications Wing falls under 90 Signals Unit of the Support Force.  It provides an information advantage for Air’s deployed operations capabilities and ensures the RAF maintain deployed network infrastructures for communications.

The Wing consists of three Squadrons ready for short and quick response, as well as for longer-term deployment – this comprise of:


A Rock Dove is an ancestor of the carrier pigeon and an old method of relaying information, while the lightning bolt is a symbol of RAF communications.
