Rather than jumping out of aircraft, the Team have hit the streets in their local towns and have taken part in the ‘run 5k, donate £5 and nominate 5’ challenge, after their Survival Equipment Technician, Corporal Fredericks was nominated by one of their longstanding Falcons Fans on social media.
Corporal Fredericks, Survival Equipment Technician said:
“Whilst we are currently unable to take part in any parachute displays I thought it would be a great idea if we could help raise money for NHS Charities by donating and raising awareness for such an excellent cause, also a bit of a friendly competition with other RAF display teams is always good fun!”

Once each RAF Falcon had completed their 5k run they donated to the NHS charity and have now nominated their peers from other RAF Display Teams to take part in the challenge, including the Typhoon Display Team, RAF Red Arrows, Tutor Display Team and the RAF Police Dog Display Team.
