On Sunday 9th June 2019, the RAF Falcons Parachute Display Team, performed at the RAF Cosford Air Show.
In front of thousands, the RAF Falcons jumped from their Dornier 228 aircraft at 3000ft, performing their perfectly rehearsed display and decorating the skies beautifully with their red, white and blue smoke.
The RAF Cosford Air Show is the RAF’s only official air show and attracts more than 50,000 people every year, consisting of flying and static displays, fun fair rides and many more attractions.
This was the first air show that the RAF Falcons attended this year; they are set to display at the Sunderland and Paris air show later this display season, so make sure you get out and see their perfect performance.
“It was an immense privilege to be a part of the 2019 Cosford Air Show. It was a fantastic opportunity for the Team to show the public the results of our intense winter training. We hope everyone enjoyed our display and we look forward to seeing you at our next show.”
