Clare is the current Chief Human Resource Officer and Board member with the National Nuclear Laboratory and a Board member with AGE UK. She was previously the Human Resource Director for BAE Systems Combat Air (2008-2018) and Head Human Resource at the Royal Mail (2004 – 2008) and British Airways (1998 – 2004).
Clare is an experienced board member, board trustee, RemCo and NomCo committee member with experience across the public, private and charity sectors. She is a fully qualified Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Non-Executive Director (NED) with extensive experience across a wide range of industries and international arenas. She has a record of contributing to business start-up, business growth and strategy development, is recognised as a collaborative leader with strong influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders. Acting as both a leader and executive coach to develop high performing teams and personally, Clare is driven by supporting organisations with a clear sustainable purpose.
