On Saturday 3rd June, Harley Owners Group (HOG) Geordie Chapter took part in their annual ABC Ride where 104 bikes set off from Albermarle Barracks near Newcastle, stopping at Alnwick to embrace the glorious weather and many photo opportunities en-route before the convoy set off for RAF Boulmer.
The bikers were greeted by Squadron Leader Martin, Warrant Officer Henderson and Station Health & Safety Officer, Mr Wheeler who thanked them for all their efforts. After their short stop it was then onto their final stop at Tynemouth.
They raised just under £800 on the day which will be split between three charities: Red Cypher, RAF Benevolent Fund and the Tynemouth Volunteer Life Brigade Museum.
