How do I join the RAF (including within the Commonwealth)?
All recruitment enquiries can be answered by visiting www.raf.mod.uk/recruitment.
Where can I get photographs from the graduation?
The service person (graduate) can contact the photographic team. They will need their service number and the dates of the intake. Unfortunately, the Station photographic team do not have gallery photographs that can be viewed or purchased externally.
Where do I get a copy of the Graduation video?
How many people are allowed at a Graduation?
The service person (graduate) will have all the details given to them from their Intake lead and so are best placed to advise you as each graduation may vary.
Does RAF Halton have term dates for recruit training?
Unlike other armed forces, RAF Halton complete training throughout the year. Roughly, we have an intake start every 2 weeks for 10 weeks of basic training.

Is it possible to have a tour of the RAF Halton Officer’s Mess?
Halton House Officer’s Mess is home to many serving personnel based at RAF Halton. Therefore, it is not appropriate for people to visit their home. However, there are usually open days planned throughout the year where people can be guided around the impressive building. These will be advertised on the RAF Halton website.
RANGE OPERATING HOURS.
The normal Range operating hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Owing to operational or training reasons there will be occasions when these timings will have to be extended. Where possible changes will be notified on this web page.

When you arrive
You must report to the Main Guardroom at the Main Gate.
You must bring photographic ID with you, e.g. driving licence or passport.
The member of staff who invited you to RAF Halton must meet you at the Main Guardroom.

Tourist attractions
The Trenchard Museum is open to the public. The museum aims to display items relating to the history of RAF Halton, with the collection including: 3 complete aircraft, 2 cockpits, 9 engines and a range of displays and memorabilia.
Opening times: Tuesday, 10am to 4pm. Other days can be arranged on request.
