On 30 November 203, RAF Halton bid farewell to Station Commander Group Captain Garwood, and welcomed Wing Commander Seanor to the role. The handover comes as organisational changes take place across the Service. The individuals shook hands and Group Captain Garwood wished his successor the very best of luck.
