RAF Odiham is delighted to be recognising the hard work and achievements of our personnel in the 2021 Promise and Fulfil Awards. We are celebrating individuals, both service and civilian, who have delivered outstanding work over the last year. Many congratulations to all nominees and recipients.
Aviator's Award
Presented to the Junior Rank who has delivered a significant contribution which has made a notable positive impact to their peers. This may have been achieved through additional duties, voluntary work or fundraising activities. The individual should be regarded as an inspiration to other service personnel on the Station.
Loyalty Award
The award for Loyalty is presented to the individual who has best demonstrated the commitment, self-sacrifice, example and courage required to work in or support military life and RAF Odiham's output.
Professional Excellence Awards
The award for Professional Excellence is presented to the individuals that have demonstrated a tenacious drive for improvement and who have delivered professional and personal excellence over the past year both at RAF Odiham and deployed on operations.
Support to Mental Health and Resilience Award
This award recognises outstanding contribution to enhancing mental health and resilience support and awareness to an individual or population at RAF Odiham.

People and Community
The People and Community award is presented to the individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the community of RAF Odiham or our surrounding area through volunteering, charity or self-sacrifice.

Civilian support to Service Award
This award is presented to the civilian individual who has, through personal endeavour, offered the most to the Station and people of RAF Odiham.
Teamwork
The award for Teamwork is presented to the individual who has best demonstrated the ability to be an honest and dependable team player and who has built and maintained good working relationships with every member of our Services, civil servants and contractors in order to deliver Air Power.
Resourcefulness and Innovation
The award for resourcefulness and innovation is presented an individual who has demonstrated innate ingenuity and resourcefulness in the finest traditions of the Royal Air Force to overcome a technical or systematic challenge at RAF Odiham or for the Chinook Force.
The Pride of Odiham Award
A significant honour given to an individual who has achieved personal and professional excellence through exemplary determination and commitment over a sustained period, characterised by their selfless drive to help others in which they regularly ‘go above and beyond,’ without seeking recognition.

This award has been awarded to Mrs Eldridge in recognition of 38 years of outstanding service and dedication in her role in the Officers' Mess.
