Station Commander, Wg Cdr Helen Simpson, and her family turned out to support a group of local veterans from Newquay HMAF Veterans CIC and Towan Blystra Armed Forces & Veterans Breakfast Club on their fundraising 'March In March'.
Setting off from the Station’s main gate the team walked just over 10 miles in some 'interesting' weather on Saturday, finishing up at the War Memorial in Newquay. A fantastic effort of over £1,000 raised so far in support of veterans' charity Combat Stress.
